Years 5 & 6 Boys Netball

On Wednesday 16th October 6 boys were chosen from year 5 and 6 to compete in a 5 a side netball competition. Wheatfield school played 5 matches and did very well. In their last match they got 3-1.The boys had only had 6 afternoons to train and understand the game, but they picked it up quickly. The tournament was at Waingells College and the Berkshire sports ‘Stingers festival’ involved several schools. It was great to see our school involved with the other schools and take part in a sport we do not play.
